What pond pump flow rate do you use?

I researched this question before asking and couldnt find an answer.

For those of you that use pond pumps to recirculate cold water through your IC, what flow rate (gph) pump do you use?

I believe mine is 240 gph with six feet of head - the bucket is on the ground, the IC in a keggle on a stand, probably five feet off the ground, and flow is plenty fast enough.
