I bought a Munton’s Stout kit for a Winter Warmer recipe that I am trying and I am wondering if its just a standard dry stout yeast or if it is something else. It would be nice to know because I would use it for a future batch. Munton’s did not reply to an e-mail I sent them about it. Lame! Any ideas on what this yeast could be?
AFAIK Munton’s distributes the same yeast with all their kits.
