What is the highest percentage of rice you've used?

Two weeks ago I brewed a light lager and 36% of my grain bill was flaked rice. I really wish I had some rice hulls on hand when I brewed this because I had the worse stuck sparge imaginable. Took me almost three hours to collect all of my run off and my efficiency was 6 points low so I adjusted my boil time to hit my OG. It’s down to 1.009 already so I’m thinking it’s almost done, maybe another week and I’ll raise the temperature. This was a lot of rice and I wanted to get as close to 40% as I could but I’ll never do it again!

I’ve done 37% in light American lagers.

Turned out light, crisp, and very good.
