What is the best temp to ferment Irish Stout?

Hi All,

I am about to brew the Dry Irish Stout Extract Kit using the dry Safale S-04 Ale Yeast. What is the best temperature to ferment the wort at?

Thanks,
Steve

According to
http://www.fermentis.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/SFA_S04.pdf
, the recommended temp range is ideally 59-68°F. Anyone have a recommended preference?

I usually follow this:
Belgians- 68* for 3 days then letting it free rise
Ales- 65*
Hybrids- 58* - 60*
Lagers- 50*

I ferment my stouts just like my ales. Get the wort down to 62-64 degrees before pitching, keep it there for the first three days in a swap cooler then let it rise to ambient which in my basement is 68-70.
