I have a several recipes and kits from my local brew shop that give me a clear extract called adjunct. I’m trying to enter all of these into my handy new ibrewmaster app for android but It doesn’t have a straight up clear adjunct extract. any Idea what i’ve been putting into my beer?
try candy sugar or syrup.
