What did I do with my brunch stout?

I poured after 2 weeks in the bottle it foamed up quickly as expected and then just as quickly all foam disappeared into a flat looking beer. Taste was just so so. I even put an extra tbsp of priming sugar. Any ideas as to what happened

Give it some more time. 2 weeks is still early.

Is it flat tasting?
Could be your glassware. Some dishwasher soap and spot-free liquid will leave residue on glassware that inhibits head retention.
