What are you brewing?

I have Munich Dunkel, Pale Ale, Best Bitter and American Amber in fermenters, a Czech Pils and Ofest lagering. Not quite sure what’s up next but I’ll probably do another lager, maybe a Vienna soon.

I’ve got a killer Vienna recipe if you are interested in giving it a whirl. I tweaked it just a bit this time and it’s pretty amazing. Would be even better if I calculated my IBU’s correctly

I was actually just researching recipes and thought I should put out a plea for a good one on here.

Doing a specialty ale this Sunday.

Making a Peanut butter Rye Brown. I have my 2L starter chugging away and will be mashing, God willing, this Sunday.

I have a NE Brown on tap and plan to do my Munich Helles in about three weeks.
