Well, I brewed my first ever batch on 12/26. The White House honey Ale 1 gallon kit. We popped open a bottle today and it was gooooood! A little sweet but overall very nice and I was pleased with my first brew.
Congrats! Won’t be long and you’ll be doing 5 gal batches ang kegging!
