Weyermann Recipes

Their website has several different recipes. I copied their Bavarian Weissbier recipie a few years ago (unfortunately, it’s not on their list any more) and brewed it recently. Wow. It’s good.
5.5lb wheat malt
2 lb pilsner
1 lb carahell
0.25 lb acid malt

0.5 oz Tradition 60 min
0.25 oz Tradition 10 min

OG 1.050

Wyeast 3068

Good stuff. This’ll be my house wiessbier now.
