Hey all
I’m ahead on timing, but are there any good extract recipes I can get to make a wet hopped recipe with my homegrown (growing) Centennial or Cascade hops?
I want to put them to use, but don’t have anything lined up yet.
Thoughts?
I would say make a pale ale or IPA for those hops. You have to use about six times the amount of fresh to dry hops. I would like to grow some hops too. Maybe next spring.
