Brewed this baby last week. Recipe calls for one week primary, then rack and dry hop. I still have a nice head off krausen. It has dropped some but by no means gone. Should I let that settle before I rack even if it is beyond the one week or should i let my clutch out and rack her now? I havent checked gravity since it seems to be still working.
I wouldn’t rack it if I has a krausen still. Give it another week then check. You can dry hop in the primary if you want, but I would still wait for the krausen to fall.
