Water Chem Profile for American Ale

I’m looking for help with matching up a water profile for the American Amber Ale Extract Kit w/ Specialty Grains. I’m trying out using RO water and adding brew salts to establish a water profile. I’m using Palmers Water Chem profile table. Does anyone have suggestions on what kind of profile to use? Pending this profile works,I’ll apply this to an all-grain kit.

Thanks,

Shawn

BTW, I live in AZ where the water profile changes daily and it tastes horrible, which is why I don’t wish to use tap.

With RO water and extract, I would just add a teaspoon (5g) of gypsum to the kettle to make the hops move forward.
