Check the reviews of w00tstout. One reviewer mentions CBC-10. What is that? http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/wil- … recipe-kit

Mentions he added to ensure carbonation. I’d like to know what that is. I had trouble carbonating (bottle) this brew.

Reviewer probably meant CBC-1 which is a Danstar brand dry yeast.
