I normally use the priming sugar calculator here to figure out how much priming sugar I should use. Lambic/Kriek is not on there. Anyone want to help me out with the volumes of CO2 for a Kriek?
Thanks

Don’t have a specific number but the BJCP guidelines call out ‘highly carbonated’. I’d assume that means 4 vol or so, would think that is the reason most lambics are in bottles that can take a lot of pressure.
On the other hand, Hannsen’s Kreik is nearly still, I’d estimate 1.0 vol max. I do like mine moderately high carbonated, but the reality on lambics is that the BJCP guidelines state higher carb levels than many belgian examples.
Mine is about 1.5
I like 2-3vol. It doesn’t generally hold a great head but the CO2 does enhance the tartness.
