Vineyards

Anyone have any advice for leasing/owning a small vineyard? I have been offered a chance at one for a price that is hard to pass up. The vineyard is well established, all equipment is included, and the clientele is already setup.

How small is small? Will you do all the labor yourself? ie: Pruning, Fertilizing, Irrigation, Sprays, Pest Management, Disease ID and Control, and hopefully Harvesting.

Pretty small, its only a 12 ton average output. I’ve already done tons of research, as we have been looking into this for quite sometime. But, the wife is far more ready to do it than I am.
