Very cool Wisconsin foodie episode

It is not archived on their website yet, but last night Wisconsin Foodie aired an episode with Dan Carey of New Glarus. It was fascinating to watch him brew 1 yes 1 bottle batches on his kitchen stove to test some experimental hop varieties.
If you do go to www.wisconsinfoodie.com they do have some archived episodes at Gorst Valley Hops, and atrip to Europe with the owner of Gorst valley and Dan Carey of New glarus to check out european hops.
Maybe I’m just looking for a replacement for BTV, but they are pretty good.

The site is blocked here at work, but they also did an episode with a visit to Capital Brewery and another that has to do with Hops. They also may be one with the door county homebrew comp - or that might have just been mentioned on their facebook.

It’s not a bad show, the host can be annoying at times, but they explore a lot of great WI based stuff.

All the episodes are here too:

One-bottle batches – wow. Now that is a small batch size! But just think how quickly you could brew and ferment just one single bottle. Coolness!
