I have no experience with that store. But, all of my kegs are used and work fine. Look for pressure tested and pick up some new o-rings. Looks like they have lots of positive feedback.
I’ve got some used kegs (pin lock) I bought more than 15 years ago that are going just fine, some with the original o-rings that came with the kegs when I got them.
If you buy replacement o-rings, do not cheap out - get the good ones, they will last a long time.
