Upping the volume

Hello all,
I am currently brewing on a converted keg/cooler system that tops out at ten gallon batches and about 24 lb of grain in my mash tun. I am very close to pulling the trigger on a 26 gallon system so that I can make bigger beers in both ABV and quantity. When I went from five gallon batches to ten I simply doubled my recipes since I was using the same equipment. Now with the bigger equipment, do I just do similar increases in ingredients or is there a formula for the increase in equipment size and volume?

You’ll be able to do larger water infusions or mash outs which might increase your efficiency so you may need to adjust your recipes, otherwise they should be the same

Yup, I was in your shoes years ago and went from 5 to 10 to 26. Just scale accordingly until you get your new system efficiency honed in on and then you can adjust for efficiency gains. My BH efficiency hangs right around high 80’s to low 90’s depending upon the grain bill.
