Traquair Lager

So I just kegged a very nice lager, call it a Dopplebock, or a Wee Heavy Lager I suppose, but I made the Traquair clone to a T

and pitched it on a yeast cake of WL830. A few months of lagering an its a really nice sipping beer, very smooth with a delicious sweet finish. Try it!

Sounds and looks great, I’ve stuck it on to do list. Thanks

Not too surprised it came out well. I have a batch fermenting with WY1728, which is very clean. I’m getting blowoff at 52F, which is lager temp. So it’s kinda the same.
