Transporting Keg Beer

Hey Guys, I’m going to be moving a full keg of beer from my location to a party about a 30 minute drive from me. The only other time I’ve done this (shortly after I started kegging and may not have had all the bugs worked out), I had serious problems with excessive foam.

Are there any tricks/suggestions to moving a full/carbonated keg of beer from one spot to another?

Just keep them cold and don’t shake them up try to keep them upright.

After you get there let them settle and you shouldn’t have any problems.

I usually transfer it to another keg leaving the trub behind.
