Trader Joe's Cherry Cider

I was looking at this pasteurized juice in the store and I wondered to myself: “I wonder if anyone has ever used this in a hard cider?” And then I wondered: “What would it taste like if I used Wyeast 3278 - Belgian Lambic to make said cider?”

Any thoughts?

Haven’t tried it yet, but that’s a good idea. That stuff is pretty tasty!
