Ooopopppps…Used whole pack of US 05 dry yeast for 1 gallon batch…Will it be ok.
It’ll be fine. There are some consequences with over-pitching, in that the beer ends up with fewer esters and what not, but that’s completely not an issue with us-05 which is supposed to be clean anyways. Just a bit of a waste of yeast. Keep an eye on your fermentation temps though! And be prepared for some blow-off.
