Made a rookie mistake. First time using star san , miss read the directions. I mixed 2 ounces of star san to 2 gallons of water in a 6.5 gallon glass carboy I use for secondary. I swished it around good then let it sit a few minutes before dumping it. Then I let it sit upside down for about 10 minutes to drain. There was still foam in it when I filled it with about five gallons of beer. I would guess the beer would dilute out the foam enough but I’d hate to get someone sick from to much of the sanitizer since it was mixed
wrong.

It’ll be fine - Starsan foam is never a problem and it would have caused much more harm to rinse it out. I always rack on top of the foam and never give it a second thought.
