I kegged my cream ale on Monday. I’ve gotten a little lazy and haven’t harvested the yeast yet.The airlock has been in the whole time. Question is have I waited too long? I think I’m ok. Just wanted some opinions.
So it is still in a bucket or carboy? How much liquid is covering it?
It’s still in the carboy with about a 3/4 inch layer if beer on top of it.
I think you are fine. Especially if it smells ok
