Too late to fortify Port?

Have done beer brewing for a couple years and decided to try winemaking. Few weeks ago made a Winexpert Selection Speciale Port which I bottled on 12/18/11. Everything turned out fine but after bottling I have read some notes about fortifying the wine. There was nothing in the instructions or website referring to this. The Starting SG was 1.128 and stabilizing SG was 1.008. Should I open the bottles remove some wine and fortify them and recork? If so how much and what should I use?

I would let those bottles rest the way they are and do another batch to fortify for comparison.
