A friend came over today with some bottles he filled from a full sanke keg with allagash cruiex. Doesnt know what he had. Anyway he got a pump tap and figured him and another fellow would drink as much as they could in a couple days and dump the rest. At 11% they didn’t get far.TLuckily he brought some over and I told him don’t pump any air. He said he pumped it once or twice. I’m hoping to get it over here amd purge it and get it in bottles. Hope it’s not to late it’s a wonderful beer. He brought a growler and said here try this awesome triple IPA. One taste and I let him know that’s no IPA
Go figure… Yes you should get it purged and re-carbed, maybe test it, assure its carbed as you think it should be… Sneezles61
