To bottle or to wait?

I have “the # 8” for 5 weeks and a BW ale for 7 weeks in secondary. They’re both in kegs.
I’ll be gone gone from the end of April until mid-July. Should I dry hop and bottle before
I leave, or leave them sit until I get back, or it doesn’t matter? Thanks

im not familiar with what the ‘#8’ is.

but for the Barleywine, i would leave it in the secondary and bottle when you get back. some bulk aging will be good for it IMO. but either way will work. aging in the bottles will also be good for it.

try to leave it in a constant temperature area of the house if possible

+1. You also don’t want to dry hop now to drink at the end of July. The goodness of dry hopping with dissipate with time.

Thanks guys!
