To add Pectin Enzyme or Gelatin?

I have my first batch underway - I am planing on adding the “flavorless Knox Gelatin addition” towards the end of the primary fermentation…

I am getting ready to blend a second batch and I was reading that some add Pectin Enzyme at the beginning…

Anyone have better luck/success in “clear” hard cider using one over the other?

I use both combined with a lot of aging; 8 months to a year. However I force carbonate in a keg.
