With the success - so far - of my hard cider - I am looking to what could be next.
(I am a full boil extract homebrewer - but the Mrs. is now enjoying making hard cider - if I keep her happy - it’s cool w/ her that I spent $300+ on a Blichmann 10 gallon kettle…)
With apple harvest coming to a close here in MN and the availability of fresh cider almost gone - I am looking into a Vintner’s Apple Harvest Base kit as a X-Mas gift for her…
Has anybody had success w/ a Vintner’s Apple Harvest Base kit?
Any tips that you could share on making a successful hard cider from a concentrate?
