Hi All, over a month ago, I weighed out, bagged and refrigerated some pellets I had intended to use within a few days. Time got away, the hops are in the fridge and I was wondering if I could use them this Saturday on that intended batch that never happened? Or should I hit my kryovac’s in the freezer and get newer/fresh/frozen pellets?

Open them up and take a big whiff. If they smell normal then you are good to go, but they should be just fine if they were okay to begin with… Cheers!!!
