The "least" Belgian Yeast?

Hi All,
While I have sort of grown away from Belgian’s, my beautiful wife remains a fan of the Blonde so I try and keep something like that on tap. So in an effort to compromise my 3 only corny keezer, what Belgian strain could I use that offers the LEAST banana, bubble gum flavors? I’m thinking of a Belgian Pale Ale or very tame BIPA to appease both of us.
Thanks, Mike

WY Canadian/Belgian that’s currently being sold, I think.
Also WY 3655 is very restrained and malty in my experience.
WY Belgian Abbey II is also good. No banana or bubble gum.
WY Trappist is also not too crazy.

WY1388 is amazingly clean for a Belgian yeast.

Looks like 1388 can also tolerate my inability to ferment very cold
“Tart” is better than Bubblicious too.

How cold can you get? I like 1388 at 62-65.

My always goal in sunny South Florida with the A/C low is hold at 70 thru 1st week.

Ya do what ya can…

Very true. In my short brewing history, I haven’t made a bad batch however some brewers with more experienced palates might disagree :expressionless:

I’ve tried almost all of them (including 1388), and think that White Labs 515 Antwerp Ale is the cleanest. I think there is also a Wyeast equivalent, but not sure of the number.
