Hello Everyone,
After seeing an entry on Michael Dawson’s Beer Engine Blog
last month, I recently picked up a copy of Michael Jackson’s “Beer Companion,” which I’ve enjoyed greatly.
This in turn has led to further reading about Jackson, himself, who I’m sure has long been a household name to many on this forum. For those, like myself, who are relatively new to the hobby, and for those still suffering from BTV’s recent departure, and maybe even for those who just haven’t seen these in a while, I thought I’d provide a link to Jackson’s Beer Hunter series
as suggested viewing. FYI, some, if not all of them, include Dutch subtitles.
If you watch an episode at work on Friday every two weeks, you can retain a quasi-BTV fix for another two months!
PS - On a related topic, what is the difference between Jackson’s “Beer Companion” and “Ultimate Beer”?
