Here’s a rookie question…brewing the Velvet Rooster tonight and the recipie is calling for hop additions 1.25oz for 60 min .75oz for 30 min and .75oz at 1 min remaining, the kit came with (4) 1 oz packs, I assume I weigh out the correct amounts and save / discard the remaining?
Save them for your next brew. Or you could increase the 1 min addition to get more hop flavor.
