Hot damn! This was my first partial mash and it turned out much better than I had imagined! I’m now uber-excited to make the leap to AG.
If you guys haven’t tried this recipe, I highly recommend you give it a shot.

I love that beer! I usually have a few cans stocked in my fridge all winter. I have not tried to make the kit. Go all grain, you will never look back. It’s not as difficult as people think.
I almost got that kit, but went with the cheaper sweet stout because I was reusing the Neobrit yeast.
I kind of wish I did get the kit. That Buffalo is one of my favorite commercial stouts.
