T-58

I got a BIAB kit for Christmas, (De Belge Farmhouse IPA) with T-58, which I have not used since my very first extract brew.

Any tips for a good temperature profile for this yeast? Start cold a and let it warm over a few days, or keep it cool the whole time?

I think I started about 65-66 then when it started to settle down I bumped it to over 70. I used it twice a few years ago and had high final gravity both times. If I remember right most of the input said the same thing, so I quit using it. It tasted heavy and sweet, so I switched to liquid strains. Maybe someone else has had better luck with it.
