Sweet stout, with vanilla

Never made a sweet stout, but I have used vanilla in beer. Anyone have a killer recipe for an all-grain “vanilla bean milk stout” ?

I want it to be creamy, with your normal choc and coffee stout flavors, and wanna round it out with vanilla. Like I said, I’ve got the vanilla part covered, but I need a nice “sweet stout” recipe.

Add some powdered lactose to a normal stout to make it sweet and creamy.
