Survey Says - Dry Hop It or Wait another Week?

This is my first batch I am working on. So, I have the patience of a gnat.

9.75 lbs of LME; 1 lb of caramalt
Safeale US 05; no starter, not hydrated

Brewed 2/18. OG was some sort of misread - 1.050. My guess is that I skimmed off the top of the primary after adding the water, without mixing it. OG should have been about 1.068 or so, not including the caramalt.

Racked from primary to secondary 2/21 (don’t ask why; long story). Gravity 1.025.

Fermenting done by 2/26. Gravity 1.0149.

I want to dry hop it with an ounce of Cascade.

Can I dry hop it now (about 2 weeks after brewing) and bottle this weekend (3 weeks after brewday)? Or, do I really need to wait another week?

Thanks for the input. I appreciate it.

Caribou Slobber in primary now.

gnats can stand to dryhop for 5 days. Do it. Keep it warm.
The sooner you get it in bottles, the sooner you can start cracking them.

I’m a firm believer in the 5-7 day dry hop.
