I was comparing the NB pro-series recipe for Surly Smoke (
) with Surly’s website and noticed that they use oats in the recipe. But NB’s recipe doesn’t have that. I assume this was a recipe change Surly made after the pro-series kit was developed. Any one have any details on the new recipe?
