I just finished making the Surly Furious extract kit. I forgot to add the 2 oz of Amarillo at flame out. Its in the carboy, topped up to 5G, with the yeast in it already. I really want those Amarillo in there. What can I do???
I would either save them and use them for dry hopping or save them for your next batch.
What joe said. If you add them now the aroma will be lost as fermentation takes off.
