Summit's Rye Clone?

I miss this beer…
Therefore I would like to take a crack at making it but the only thing I have to go off of is their list of ingredients. Anyone have any suggestions on the percentages of grains to use?

(From their website)
MALTS: Harrington, Rye, Crystal Rye,
Chocolate Rye and Flaked Rye
HOPS: Summit, Citra
ORIGINAL GRAVITY: 14° Plato
BITTERING UNITS: 60
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 6.3%
COLOR: Amber
YEAST: American Ale

These numbers add up but I’m not sure about the Flaked Rye. I’ve never used it before. Is this way too much, not enough or just right? The hops add up to 60IBUs as well. Any feedback on it laid out this way?
