I’m planning on brewing on Summer solstice. What style of beer would one choose to brew to bring in the summer? Do I brew something big to be drank on winter solstice or something light for the summer?
Given that its the longest day of the year, you might do a partigyle and make a beer for keeping and a beer for drinking in a month or two.
