Storing grain

Anyone know the best humidity for storing grains?

Now that’s a rookie answer. I have to run a dehumidifier in my basement I’m wondering how low to set I.

Keep them as dry as possible. A little better?

On another forum someone mentioned having to condition grain that had gotten to dry. I doubt that would be a problem in New England but maybe CO. I set my dehumidifier for 55.

I didn’t realize that you were asking about setting a dehumidifier.
I vacuum seal any grains I want to save and don’t worry about the humidity.
