Beer was in primary for 21 days the activity has slowed and was starting to clear…I put it in the chest freezer with some sanitized foil to avoid suck back…The temps have stablized so i replaced the foil with a sanatized airlock…The temp is at 35*F and the airlock started up again…kinda weird huh?
It’s CO2 being released from the beer. No worries.
