I don’t understand business at all. No brewpub culture in the community, so you can be the first, and oh, boy, it’s next to a Kwik Trip. It is really odd, though, to know they want a brewpub with nobody wanting to brew and nobody asking for it. This is how the craft beer bubble bursts…

The developers just want to add a brew pub or planning a brew pub to their brochure. They could care less if it’s good or you make money. I’m a contractor and I’ve learned to never trust real estate developers except of course our president elect.
