Found a bottle of starsan concentrate with no cap. Must have been back there for a year. Do you think it is still good?
Can you check the ph when you mix it?
If anything it has evaporated a bit, which will make it more concentrated…I vote it’s good. But mixing a batch and checking the ph level will tell for sure. (ph Below 3 is good)
my pH strips don’t go that low, but your arguments are convincing. Might write the company just to be sure.
Company advised the pH check (Don’t have the gear) and suggested that after a year there might be an issue. Just FYI.
