The StarSan will be super diluted and should not affect the yeast at all. And should not cause any
issues when consumed. It may change the taste a little. Let it ride and see how it turns out.
I tasted my Starsan solution after reading all the posts about not fearing the foam. It’s not bad. I think it would complement the flavor of many beer styles.
