A neighbor of mine that is moving and no longer brewing just gave me all of his equipment and bottles. 
One item is a close to full large bottle of Star San. I think it is a couple of years old but just guessing.
Am I correct there is no shelf life on Star San I need to worry about? It is closed tight just some dust on the out side.

If you’re concerned you can always check the pH. If it’s under 3 it will do it’s job.
