St. Paul Pilsner brewers help

I’m looking for feedback from St. Paul brewers who make Pilsners with SP water. Do you adjust your water? I’ve wondered if a few gallons of distilled water would be beneficial?

Don’t add anything to it except maybe a campden tablet for chlorine it is a soft water. This water is one of the secrets of why the club wins so many awards for there beers.

If you want a little more HCO3 use the water from the old brewery on 7th street at 50 cents a gallon it’s a bargain.

I pick it up from a brewer in St. Paul in 5 gallon water bottles to brew with great water for ales.
