I was slightly underwhelmed by it. I found the yeast character was too clean.
If you’d like something similar, Northern Brewer’s Patersbier is excellent!
The Belgian Trappist kit that Midwest sells is really similar. I’ve got it on deck for my next brew. Can’t wait.
