South Pacific Hops

I think I’d like to pick up some hops from the South Pacific this year. The harvest should be underway if not already done. Any idea how long it takes for them to start appearing at US retail sites after harvest? Ever seen them whole, or only in pellets?

I usually start seeing them trickle in starting in June. I’ve only ever seen pellets.

Thanks erockrph. I just got a response back from hopsdirect, who also stated they should start appearing in June. I’ll mark my calendar.

In the meanwhile, I’d better figure out how I’m going to use nearly 9 lbs of 2012 US harvest hops between now and Oct/Nov!
